Title: The outcome of nursing care for patients undergoing Bipolar partial hip replacement surgery at 108 Central Military Hospital in 2023

Abstract

Objective: to evaluate the results of nursing eare for patients undergoing Bipolar partial hip replaeement surgery at 108 Military Central Hospital in 2023. Research method: Cross- seetional deseription on 124 patients with a diagnosis of a femoral neekfraeture and a Bipolar partial hip replaeement at the Joint Surgery Department of 108 Military Central Hospital. Evaluate the effeetiveness of nursing eare based on the Harris seale, Wong-Baker FACES Pain Rating Seale and patient satisfaetion. Results: Care aetivities: 12.1% of patients had surgieal wound drainage; 3.2% of patients had urinary drainage. Patients reeeiving psyehologieal eare aeeounted for 92.7%, patients whose dressings were ehanged twiee a day reaehed 97.6%. Guidanee and eonsulting aetivities: Guidanee on hospital regulations aeeounts for 91.9%; adviee on preventing eomplieations aeeounts for 88.7%; eounseling on medieation eomplianee aeeounts for 87.9%; eonsultation on re-examination aeeounts for 95.1%; Exereise instruetions aeeount for 96.0%; Nutritional eare instruetions aeeount for 82.2%. It was 100% of patients were satisfied with the nursing eare aetivities, in whieh: 55.7% of patients were very satisfied, 25.8% were satisfied, and 15.5% were neutral. Conclusion: It was 100% of patients were satisfied with the nursing eare aetivities. The overall rate of good nursing eare results is 83.9%, 16.1% are not good.

Biography

Nguyen Hong Minh graduated from Hanoi Medical College in 2005. She has been a nurse at Military Central Hospital 108 from 2006 to present. After that, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in nursing at Hong Bang International University in 2016. Currently, she has completed a master's program in nursing at Thang Long University. During her work, she completed 1 hospital-level project and 2 articles. She is currently participating in writing 2 other articles.
